5:15 AM AH welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration/reinvigoration of male community leadership.
AH then recited the 5 core principles of F3 after the PAX reminded him to do so. 1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men. 3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT) and kind of the Credo, leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him.
AH next give the standard disclaimer that he is not a professional, modify as necessary and there is a chance of injury.
There were no Friendly New Guy’s (FNGs), so we got started.

COT:
You’d be surprised who’s watching your journey and is inspired by it. Don’t quit.
Over the past two weeks, I’ve attended two funerals and in both instances was struck by the impact each of the individuals had on those around them.
One of those funerals was for Larry. Larry was a member of my church who greeted everyone with a smile and a twinkle in his eye. He was so welcoming and always had a notebook with him, recording who he met, birthdays, special events, etc. of those individuals/families. Larry got so much joy from greeting & meeting people as well as following up with them around those special times. Larry was also a man after my own heart in that he enjoyed running and did so until his ALS got so bad, he could not. Even then though, at church, we pulled out a chair, so Larry could still be at the door, doing what he loved, greeting people, and making them feel special. Larry, never quit!
Each of these instances caused me to reflect on my journey, what impact am I having on others, who is watching me, am I inspiring them, how do I want to inspire them, what do I want people to remember about me.
I can say each day in the gloom, I am inspired by you and your journeys. How you are accelerating in all phases, how you are dealing with internal and external issues. How you choose not to quit.
You’d be surprised who’s watching your journey and is inspired by it. Don’t quit.
Love you all brothers! Keep accelerating! AH
