Wednesday October 11, 2023 at 0515 hrs sharp we started. It was approx 60° with clear skies.
The workout started with the F3 mission statement — The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

YHC told the group if they had headlamps or NoxGear to grab it. We would be doing some moseying.
With that we took off to the north. On the NE corner of the school we stopped along the ramp and did 25 rows. Then continued west to 108th and highway 370. While we waited for the light to change as a group we did air squats. Once the light changed we ran north and finally arrived at Mt Olympus AO. There we met with Parsecs and his group for a coupon grinder. After approx 15 minutes at Mt Olympus and lots of grumbling about having to lift coupons we headed back toward DZ. We made one stop for the light at 370 where we did non stop monkey humpers at traffic until it was clear to run across the highway.

The initial plan was to run to Mt O for 12 Gauges bday to celebrate. Unfortunately he had to cancel for a family event and Parsecs had stepped up last minute. So a brother helping out. Luckily I got a hold of Parsecs and asked for his help in executing the previous bday plan and he was more than happy to oblige. YHC pre blast was the picture of the movie Step Brothers and brotherly love. So my request is to love your brother. Help them when they are in need. Especially with the national news of war erupting in the Middle East again. For the safety and peace of our communities love one another.
