There was Pre-Run’n on the Icy Streets. Everyone stayed vertical.

FW welcomed the pax @ 5:15 following an icy pre-run. Covered the mission, core principles and important disclosures, especially with the morning ice situation.
The Beatdown
We mosey’d from the shovel flags about a half mile to the neighborhood where YHC had planned a route up and around the neighborhood. Based on how slick the road was, this was definitely a “no go”. FW lead off with Warm-a-Rama:

Stop 7: 10 Burpees since TenaciousD was there.
Stop 8: 10 Burpees. In honor of TenaciousD. He looked like he wanted more.
