One or two times around. Stand up and count off for 2 teams, 1/2

MOSEY TO FOOTBALL FIELD SOUTH GOALPOST. Count 2 teams:

Over/Under Relay (50yds) 2 lines/1 for each team. Over = high plank. Under = army crawl under tunnel – 50yd

Railroad Tracks (50yds) 2 lines/1 for each team. Space out and low plank. One by one hurdle over Pax. 50yds

Partner up/similar sized individual: wheel barrows 25 yds switch, go another 25yds. Lunge down if unable to do wheel barrows.

Iron sharpens Iron. No words needed. Actions are more important than our words. Friend sober for years. Admired him and thought cool for him but not for me. I always thought I should join him though but made excuses. A few times a year I’d get drunk and would never quite know the root cause. Would make an excuse when it happened again. No gray area for me. Drinking = black/white off on. 11/16/2024. Bourbon and Football – Nebraska/USC. Puking in front of family. Slept for 13 hours. Embarrassed. Can do better.

So often we make excuses for our poor choices but we need to STOP. I QUIT. YOU CAN TOO! Confess to a friend. Talk to them about your goals. You’re likely not alone in your struggle. Statistics say there are many of us in this group that are struggling with something. Did you know 11% of Americans (28 Million people) have had an alcohol use disorder in past year. 5-10% struggle with some level of porn addiction. 14% have used illegal drugs. 25% of relationships experience infidelity. 74% = overweight. Don’t let your legacy be one of excuses and behaviors that lead to death. I am guilty and am working on my excuses and I hope you’ll work with me!
