We had six pre-runners before the beatdown.  We had 13 PAX members at the beatdown (Chernobyl, Tenacious D, Fun Dip, Double Dip, Schrute, Obi Wan, G String, Scantron, Feeny, Stall, D2, Jean Claude, Mayme).

I opened the session at 5:15am.  I recited the mission statement, credo, and 5 core principles.  We had no FNGs and 2 first timers at Mt. O (Scantron, Obi Wan).

We started by moseying with coupons around the west parking lot.  Stopped for a Warmorama (Tappy Taps, Big Ones, Sun Gods, Raise the Roof, Cherry Pickers).  We then finished the lap around the parking lot, performed 10 blockees, then headed down to the field for The Thing.

It was a partner beatdown with a single coupon.  One partner carried the coupon and sprinted to the 50 yard line.  The partner without the coupon tried to chase them down.  Once at the 50 yard line, the pair stopped for 15 manmaker merkins, 15 overhead press, 15 tricep extensions, 15 curls.  While one partner performed those workouts with a coupon the other planked.  Then partners switched and sprinted back to the endline where they performed 15 pickle pounders with coupons, 15 goblet squats, 15 kettlebell swings, 15 rows.  Then both partners moseyed the length of the field without a coupon for 20 merkins, 20 air squats, 20 big boys.  Then the pair moseyed back to the starting line, and repeated.  Omaha was called at 5:45.  We carried our coupons back to the flags where we performed waterfall Lion Kings and Sarpy Slammers.

COT revolved around finding and building community.  Galatians 6:2-3 “Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ. If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.”  We have all found community through F3, ensure those around you (family, close friends) also have that sense of community.  If not, help them find it. It tied back to the beatdown as one person was working with the coupon, “sharing each other’s burdens”.

Mayme prayed us out.
