5:30: Standard Core principles, mission statement, and intro to Sanitarium
PreThang: Started with Cherry Pickers, Tapy Taps, Big Ones, Side Straddle Hops, and
finally the infamous Sun Gods at an Arch Beatdown.
Thang: HIMS jumped right into it jogging down to the track and we started a two station
workout splitting up in 2 groups while some 90’s Alternative Rock played out. Station 1
consisted of sets of Merkins spelling out PRESENT; doing 50 of each (Don’t worry we
amended; 50’s a lot!). After each letter PAX would run to the second station where they
did a series of squat or ab workout spelling PRESENT also. Workouts consisted of:
Patty Cake Merkins, Ranger Merkins, Elevated Partner Merkins, Spiderman
Merkins, Elevator Merkins, Nipple Scraper Merkins, Twerkins
Pistol Squat, Rosalita, E2K, Squats, Elevated Leg Raise, Nolan Ryans, Turkish
Get up
We only made it to the second E before Omaha was called at 6:05.
We finished with Sarpy Slammers for our Mary and got into Announcements

COT:
Being Present – one of my biggest flaws is having tunnel vision and not paying attention
to my surroundings often daydreaming. Try to be more PRESENT with everyone and
everything around you to devote more attention to all those important in your life.
Especially, your 2.0’s and M’s.
Closed it out with a Prayer to the notorious “Sun God”…..Aye!
