From there we mosey to the south side of the school for some wall work with a light coupon surprise where all the Pax had the pleasure of participating in.

From there all packs mosey down to the track where we started our beat down of 4 separate stations around the track which comprised of station 1 which was all chest workouts. From there we connected to station 2 by way of Bernie Sanders.

Station 2 workout list was blown away due to the weather, next time I’ll bring more weights to keep in place. This station was comprised of all leg workouts and from there we again Bernie Sanders to station 3

Sumo Squats – 30
Jump Squats – 30

Station 3 was a ab workout that comprised of all abdominal exercises that were off the ground keeping all the packs dry. From there, we switch gears from Bernie Sanders, and went to a walking lunch to station 4.
Imperial Walkers – 30
Mountain Climbers – 30 IC
Plank Jacks – 30 IC
Alt Shoulder Taps – 30 IC

Station 4 comprised of an all body workout with 2 rounds of Burpee to finish. From there we went for our second round of lunch, walks back to station, 1 which all pax rinsed and repeat to the next round of exercises on their workout sheets until Omaha was called.

After Omaha was called, we all moseyed back to the flags for a round of Mary, substituting imperial walkers for hammers due to the wet weather.

We started with announcements then jumped to Name-O-Rama, then prayers and the COT which was a little off the cuff due to wonderful news Da Kine shared with the PAX of his daughters choice to be baptized on Good Friday and his new ruck and worship opportunity at the Maize.
after hearing that, I thought it was fitting for me to talk about just how big our God is and that all of us are not alone. That we can lean on him and ask for his guidance for our lives. I also added that it’s important that we exemplify who God is in our daily activities and responsibilities towards our friends and family.

Prayers and then Q Source was offered at HyVee which was on Q3.2 Mutual Competence. It was a great discussion, and I appreciate all PAX who participated in sharing how competence leads to confidence. Why Competence is important, and how it matters!

Great Job all around!
