2/14/2024 – Top Rope: Love your M

I arrived early for a little extra long pre-run to make sure I was able to get in my dose of 2nd F time with my brothers. I was joined on the pre-run by Steeple, Cheap Seats, Cadbury, and Home Alone.
30 PAX arrived at the Flags and heard the Core principles, Mission, credo, and disclaimer.
We completed Warm-a-rama right near the flags which consisted of 15 IC each: SSH, Tappy Tap, Imperial Walkers, and Cherry Pickers
YHC demonstrated a few exercises that may be new to some PAX. Alabama Ass Kickers, Finger Merkins, Gorilla Humpers, Peeping Lipstick, Makhtar N’Diayes.
The THANG
We moseyed over to the park which is used for the alternate Murph site and split into four groups for a grinder beatdown.

My group 2 had some special timing with vehicles passing on the street at the perfect time. We were lucky the cops were not called when they passed by and saw us doing pickle pushers as well as monkey humpers. I’m sure they got a good laugh to start their Valentines Day!
“Omaha” was called and we moseyed back to the flags.

Circle of Trust:
Yes, today is Valentine’s Day, but that doesn’t mean today is the only day you should be loving your M. This is a made up holiday to force Sad Clowns to show their M’s a little love.
F3 men are no longer Sad Clowns and must find ways, every day, to shown their M’s some love.
Not only their M’s but all of the loved ones in their lives. Show them that love and appreciation every single day.
Did you get in an argument, I don’t care, show them the love.
Are you traveling for work, doesn’t matter, find a way to show them the love.
Are you stressed out about something, great, share it and show them the love.
The more love and gratitude you can show others the better you will feel about yourself which is the start of a great circle of love instead of a circle of pain.
I asked Cheap Seats, in advance, to lead us out in prayer. He first though had to have the entire Pax sing Happy Birthday to me. Appreciate all the love HIMs!
