Disclaimer: The Plague is not a professional – PAX need to modify as necessary.
PAX stayed next to the shovel flags for a little groovy WaR. The music was up loud and the PAX were asked to really get into practicing their dancing moves!

- Shuffle, Shuffle, Jump – 15 IC
- Snuffy – 15 IC
PAX moseyed to the football field for a little pre thang:
- Killer Bs – grab a partner, start on the goal line. 10 Burpees, Bonnie Blairs, & Bobby Hurleys then broad jump 10 yards. Repeat to the 30 yard line then bear crawl back to the goal line. YHC said we’d do this for five rounds…we only did one round 🙂
- Partner Dora around the track. Partners completed 100 Merkins, 200 Mountain Climbers, and 300 Air Squats. One partner doing exercises while the other ran around the track, then switch.
The Thang – Capture the Flag
- YHC got a new light up capture the flag set for my birthday so naturally we had to use it.
- PAX split into two teams, outlined the rules then let the game begin
- 4 Players on each team wore light up bracelets (red & blue) and were designated “taggers”
- Everyone else was to try and get the other team’s flag without being tagged. If tagged, complete 3 Kraken Merkins, then go back to your team’s goal line before going after the flag
- To start each round, all players on the team had to complete 10 Burpees before they could begin pursuit of the other team’s flag.
- Tagging could only occur once a player gets across mid-field
- Game 1: Blue Team Won
- Game 2: Red Team Won
Omaha was called and PAX moseyed back to the flags and completed a round of American Hammers.

Circle of Trust:
- Today is YHC’s 38th Birthday – I’m extremely grateful for the guys that came out this morning and the change to get after it in the gloom together.
- As we get closer to the end of 2023 and the start of 2024, I wanted to share with guys about the importance of defining your values to guide your decision making.
- In 2018, I got clean but I was struggling with how to make wise decisions that aligned with the man I wanted to be.
- You see we all have something in mind as our ideal self or the man we want to be, but often times it is challenging to close the gap between my real and ideal self.
- Back in 2018, I met with Firewalker and he walked me through a values exercise to identify and define my values. This has been one of the most life changing exercises that has positively impacted my life. Today, I know my values (Faith, Relationships, Integrity, Service, Challenges) and I lean on them daily to guide decisions. This helps close the gap between real and ideal self by serving as guardrails along the journey.
- Do you know your values? Can you name them? Do you know what you look like when you’re living them out? If not, it’s never to late to start and I’d encourage you to take time to look deeper into this area so you can close that gap between your real and ideal self!
