Pre-Thang:

While Bayside posted at Whetstone last week and scoped out the land, he noticed that the school wall would serve as the perfect location for some balls to the wall type exercises.  After a short mosey to the school wall, 3 sets were completed of each exercise with a 10 second count between each set.

The PAX counted off into 2 group.  The first group started at the first station in the parking lot near the flags.  The second group started on the back side of the school in the parking lot closest to the football field.  Each group completed the set before moseying to the opposite side of the school and so on.

COT: (Switching to first person) For my COT, I wanted to discuss a quote that I had read in preparation for the Q-source following the beatdown.

“Nothing good comes easily, nor should it, for it is what a man learns about himself during a difficult journey that makes him an Effective guide for those that come afterward. It is not the just the willingness to take the journey that makes a leader great, it is the quality of the map he draws along the way and his desire to share it with others for their Advantage.”

With each of the HIM of F3 being leaders in our respective communities, it is up to us to create the map for those that we are guiding to ultimately make them better.  Or to say it another way, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.”

Escobar the PAX out in a Ball of Man.

AYE!
