Pre Thang: -Run in silence to honor Swiper’s Father from the Sandlot, out to Washington, Across East 1st street back to 72nd.
The Thang: Run up 72nd street to Cornhusker. When 1st person gets to the top, everyone turns around, keeping the group together

COT – today was the first workout I Q’d without music. It was intentional for us to be able to ponder the struggle of the hill we faced, in the presence of loss. The assignment for everyone was to reach out to someone they had lost connection with and:
-Tell them they love them
-Tell them they miss them
-Make a plan to intentionally reconnect in the next 2 weeks.
Life is short, you never know when you may run out of time. Reconnect.
