Circle of Trust (COT):

Research has shown that positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health.

I think I used to be a pessimist. But as I aged, become active in F3, I think I am becoming more of an optimist, and I find myself more and more wanting to surround myself around positive or optimistic people. This is one thing I have grown to love about F3. If you would have told me 4 years ago that I would be comfortable praying with a group of men in a circle at the end of a workout, I would have thought you were nuts. Now I look forward to this time and I am also grateful when members of the PAX prayer for me. I love the positive energy this generates and I know it can only be a good thing.

One thing I have been trying to do lately when I am feeling negative is I remind myself how lucky I am in so many ways, and compared to many individuals throughout the world. Having a positive attitude is not always easy, and I am in no way saying I am never negative. However, I believe making a concerted effort to be positive can only be a good thing. Thank you and I am grateful for the continued positive energy this group brings.

We ended in prayer. Aye – Tin Cup
