Shoot it’s a Ladder:
Starting at the goal line (roughly) we did 10 merkins
Super Mario to 1st cone where we did 20 LBCs. Sprint back to goal line. Lunge walk to 2nd cone and do 20 Imperial Walkers IC. Sprint back to goal line. Butt kickers to 3rd cone for 20 squat jumps. Sprint back to goal line. Bernie to final cone and do 20 Bonnie Blairs. Sprint back to goal line.
Pax took turns leading counts for exercises. 10 count recover and then run the ladder again.
Mosey East to field area between the two baseball fields.

The Thang
Around the world:
Pairing off, one pax would start doing AMRAP exercises at center location. Other pax would go to one of five cones and do exercise and rep listed.
And then switch. Pax could start at whichever cone they wanted, but all five cones had to be visited. Honor system was in play.
Station 1: Bulgarian split squats – 15 each leg Station 2: Mahktar N’Diayes – 25 IC
Station 3: Moroccan Nightclub – 20 IC
Station 4: Mountain Climbers – 20 IC
Station 5: 7 Burpees
AMRAP exercises were the same from the ladder.
Rinse and repeat. Everyone completed close to 2 trips around or more.
Omaha was called approx 6:50 to mosey back to shovel flags. YHC did not set out to go 2 miles in the beat down, but we surpassed that amount. Many were not pleased.
6MOM
Upon reaching the shovel flags, we did a round of American Hammers, Chernobyl count style. Plenty of mumble chatter was heard about burpees. General consensus was one of displeasure towards that particular exercise.
COT
My M and I have been having a lot of discussions recently in regard to not allowing ourselves to stay in that place of defeat. When we screw up, whether it be on our meal plan or exercise goals, not allowing ourselves or each other to dwell in the hopelessness of things never changing. Instead, pushing ourselves to recognize what happened, learn from the experience and figure out what we can do differently the next time. Stay in today, and figure out what we need to do to be successful tomorrow.
We are going to drop the ball from time to time. It’s inevitable. The question is then what are you going to do to prevent it from happening again.
