COT – Be the IMPACT!

We can be an average person and just slide through life, or we can choose to be different and to make a difference wherever we are at: in our community, at work, in our neighborhood, at the supermarket, at the post office, in traffic, in our home. The little choices we make decide who we are and have a great impact on who those around us will become.

Do you want to be average or above average?

An above average person has character – ‘Character is what you do when you’re in the dark, when no one sees you’.

An above average person exceeds expectations.

An above average person knows balance.

I went to my customers event last weekend for their CEO who is retiring. This guy has poured 33 years into this organization and has been through many highs and lows throughout his tenure. He’s in the beef industry and about hit rock bottom multiple times throughout his career due to mad cow disease, E. coli, COVID, etc. He never did waver and always found a way to get over the humps. Many of his current and past employees shared a few words at the event and it really hit me. He is more than just a CEO, supervisor, boss…….he is a HEART-LED LEADER! His current and previous employees love him and would jump through brick walls for him. He genuinely cares about them and their families. He listens to his employees and works with them to make the company better and more successful. Not one person mentioned his company successes of growing this company from the ground up to a 160+ million-dollar company. They mentioned stories about what he did for them personally and their families! They mentioned the positive impact he has had on their culture. It was such a beautiful thing to be a part of. I encourage you all to be above average and be the IMPACT at work, home and in the community!

Prayer – FireWalker took us out in prayer!

Aye!
