Stairway to Heaven
Using the bleacher stairs
1. Overhead lunges
2. Sprint
3. Broad Jump / Hop
4. Sprint
5. Bear Crawl
At the top of the stairs each time, do the following:
10 Merkins
10 air squats
10 big boys
2nd Group:
Modified Sprint Murph
5 Burpees
10 Merkins
15 Air Squats
100m Run
Continue until other group is complete
Switch
1on1 competition
Group 1 vs Group 2
Each team picks 1 PAX to receive and 1 to defend. Passing team must complete a pass – no cutting, must be a “go” route

Prayer Requests: D2 requested prayers for his mother in law, Linda, who is battling cancer.

D2 modified his original COT because of what happened yesterday.
We have been in a major chase mode for new work and new projects the last 3 months and at the start of this time there were 3 main projects that we had a great chance at. As the first two came and went and we got right to the end but ultimately did not win I got down on myself. My wife stepped in to lift my spirits telling me that there is always a bigger plan and that these went a different direction to clear room for something bigger and better. We’ll yesterday that came to fruition and we won a massive project. So my message is simple, when things don’t go your way, have patience and look for the bigger picture.
