Pretty damn cold again. Would have fart-sacked this morning if I wouldn’t have been on the Q for today. However, it is always a privilege to lead a work out so, I cannot miss this opportunity. Plus I was impressed with the number pax that showed up. I stated the Mission Statement and the Five Principles. There were no FNGs, so we had to get warmed up and keep it moving.

The Thang – Had a 150 foot linear course with a lap around the circle. We split into two groups for this work out.
