Pretty damn cold again.  Would have fart-sacked this morning if I wouldn’t have been on the Q for today.  However, it is always a privilege to lead a work out so, I cannot miss this opportunity. Plus I was impressed with the number pax that showed up.  I stated the Mission Statement and the Five Principles.  There were no FNGs, so we had to get warmed up and keep it moving.

After Warmarama, we had to come out from under the cover of the pavilion and rifle carry our coupons around the obelisk and to cone 1

The Thang – Had a 150 foot linear course with a lap around the circle.  We split into two groups for this work out.

Each pax led us in 5 step ups and one of the work out exercises
