We mosied from the flags to the football field & got right into it.
The Thang:.
The setup was simple: We bearcrawled 10 yards, 10 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats. This sequence was repeated from goal line to goal line until we did 10 sets.
We ended quicker than expected, so filled that time with 4 sets of monkey humper walking for 10 yards, followed by 5 jump squats. We finished the thang with 1 minute each side of holding a lunge position with our arms straight out at shoulder level.
Everybody Hurts:
We finished by doing yoga based core moves for 6 minutes to the song Everybody Hurts.
COT:
The COT was based on 2 Favorite Quotes from the Q: Discipline Solves all Problems & Regret is a Waste of Emotion. The message was that for you vs. you problems, discipline will solve them. By being disciplined enough to avoid the things we will later regret, we can avoid regretting doing the same things over & over.
