COT: I have been in F3 for over three years now and have always been challenged by the beatdowns Paradise Island offers. My very first post was at Paradise Island where I was quickly humbled by Grillz beatdown. I would post at the site from time to time but it has always intimidated me. I somehow managed to avoid Qing and wanted to keep it that way. This is the one site that I felt inadequate to Q. I worried that I wouldn’t be able to provide the beatdown everyone deserved and became anxious of what to do. Long story short, put one foot in front of the other, quit overthinking and most of the time everything falls into place.
