PAX members started gathering around the flags at approximately 4:50 for some mumble chaEer and
pre-stretching as those who pre-ran joined.
5:00: Did the F3 intro – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith.
Five Core Principles – open to all men, free of charge, always held outside, peer led in a rotaKng fashion,
we end in circle of trust (COT).
Mission statement is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoraKon of male
community leadership.
Credo is to leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him.
Announced that I wasn’t a professional and to modify exercises as needed.

The Thing: We did a 1 mile mosey to a parking lot and did 20 merkins followed by 20 big boys. We then
pushed ourselves to increase our pace by 10%-20% for .22 miles, turned around and did the same thing
back for .22 miles with 20 merkins and 20 big boys. Then had a 1 mile mosey back to the flags.
