This is F3 – Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Core principles:
- Are free of charge
- Are open to all men
- Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
- Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
- End with a Circle of Trust

THA-THANG:
Moseyed to another stop and performed 5, 10, 15 reps of Groiner Jacks, then continued to mosey
Moseyed to Sunset Hills Elementary school for 5, 10, 15 reps of Australian Mountain Climbers, Donkey Kicks, and Chicken Peckers.
PAX moseyed our way back to the shovel flags and encountered a massive hill on our way back. Lots of mumble chatter. We paused at the top of the hill and then continued to mosey back to the flags.
PAX moseyed back to shovel flags and finished off with some Rancid-style American Hammers.

- The idea of multitasking has become so mainstream that even our children know this to be normal practice. There is a significant downside to multitasking that has caused our entire nation to feel trapped in a pinball existence. Our society is undergoing a social experiment to see exactly how far we can take a ricochet life without imploding
- Relationally, multitasking is a disaster. We don’t really listen anymore, it takes far too much time. Families need focus. Efficient parenting of newborns is a heartbreaking idea. Babies need what they need when they need it, and you either parent them well or you don’t.
- After reading this passage, YHC was really convicted. Having a newborn and always trying to listen to audiobooks or podcasts when caring for her is exactly what this is talking about. I need to refocus and be present with my girls.
