YHC stepped into the circle at 5:30 to welcome 29 PAX including one FNG (Mr Handky) to the gloom and thanked them for spending their morning with YHC Q. YHC shared what F3 stood for, our mission, 5 core principles, and our credo. YHC did remind PAX that Rowdy was once a professional, but not a professional and to modify exercises as necessary.

PAX did a short mosey down to the stadium football field.

The Thang: Rowdy explained to the PAX there would be need a buddy in similar size and ability, and to team up with another group of 2.
YHC turned the PAX loose to get rolling.

Rowdy saw 6:05 and 10 minutes into the Millard South football practice, and gave a shout of Omaha .

Circle of Trust:
In a heartfelt, vulnerable moment YHC shared his journey on earth through adversity – athletically, personally, medically – and set backs to where and how he got here today. YHC wanted to let the PAX know that dealing with and overcoming adversity is something we will all do and to always remember you can reach out and lean on a “buddy” in F3 as a part of growing and being the best versions of ourselves that we can be.
YHC personally thanked all of you who have been there for his VQ and continue to be there through the adversity we are dealt.
YHC encouraged and implored the HIMs to continue in your support of your brothers and their families as they deal with the adversity that comes in this life.
