Last day of March and the last day of the Griz Pre-run challenge.  It took me awhile to create a beatdown that I thought was challenging and a little different.  I would not consider this a more memorable beatdown but we would use some finer features in this AO. As always, the Mission Statement and Five Core Principles were expressed.  We had no FNGs and simply got right after it by moseying on the West Memorial Park ravine sidewalk.

The Thang

There was a 4 station circuit set up using the Main and west stairs and sidewalks.  At each station there was 4 exercises listed.  Pax would perform 1 exercise and run to the next station.
