Q: Toadstool, plus 19 F3Omaha HIM
Toadstool welcomed the PAX to Paradise for his maiden voyage as Q at this AO. Gave the mission
statement, disclaimer, and the Credo.
PAX then moseyed to Cancer Survivor’s Park with the PAX for Warm-o-rama.
Warm-O-Rama:
Big Ones – 10 IC
Tappy Taps – 15 IC
Imperial Walkers – 15 IC
Cherry Pickers – 20 IC
Thang:
Toadstool then led the PAX on a 3-mile run throughout the Rockbrook neighborhood, stopping every ½
to ¾ of a mile for sets of arms, legs, and abs exercises of 15 reps each.
Toadstool led the first set with Werkins, Mountain Climbers, and LBCs, and then at each stop after called
on other PAX to lead other exercises. There were various squats, various merkins and dry docks, sweat
angels…there was also pain.
We made our way back to the shovelflags and, due to time, skipped Mary and went straight to Name-o-
rama.

COT: When is the last time any of us did something truly fun? Something that incorporated the
elements of playfulness, connection, and flow? As men, we often do activities for the sake of
something else – whether it is productive, earns money, etc. It’s important to also do activities
for their own sake and to incorporate playfulness and fun into each day.

Aye!
