Pre-thang – Mosey
The pre-thang was a short .5 mile mosey around the businesses. 2 stops were made and we completed 1 exercise at each stop. Stop #1 20 monkey humpers. Stop #2 20 Bonnie Blairs
Thang – Circle path around the statue
The thang was 2 man grinder. Man 1 did the exercises AMRAP listed on the sheet. Man 2 ran the small circle and alternated between 20 air squats and big boy sit-ups before heading back to relieve his partner.
