Q: Polaroid

Bringing back an oldie, plan was for a string of pearls workout followed by a group exercise at the St. Mary’s College hill.  It had been a while since we had visited so this was a good chance to show off some other parts of the AO.  Polaroid greeted the PAX at 5:30. Mission and core principles were shared. Groups counted off into groups of 4 as all exercises would be completed together.

COT

Why is it so easy to treat those you love the most the worst… Would you ever communicate with a stranger in that manner?  It can be so easy to snap at a loved one.  Polaroid shared a reflection about a poor reaction he had to something his M did.  Sometimes we need to pause and challenge ourselves to take a moment before reacting.  Often times that initial reaction and response is what can hurt the people you love.
