This is a wonderful AO to lead a Q.  I stated the Mission Statement, Five Core Principles and we got right to it.  I stated we had to get a lot in the next 45 minutes because this is one of the best coffeeterias in town.

Moseyed to Field Club Elementary to the outdoor gym for some Tobata Circuit Training

Stations 30 seconds each – 5 second transition – 2 times (10 minutes)

  1. AMRAP Monkey bars
  2. Parallel bars dips – pull up to 10 dips
  3. Low bars – Hop Up-Hop Down-Turn Repeat
  4. Bench – Coupon Press
  5. Bar ropes
  6. Bar – Back and Overs
  7. Bars- Pull up
  8. Big Boy Sit ups

After one cycle through the stations we did 5; 100-ft sprints and got back to the circuit training.

We stopped the circuit training at 5:52 and moseyed the scenic route back to the shovel flag.  We took about a 1-mile run back to the shovel flag.
