The football field was not available today due to recent track meet. With that the beatdown was going to be completed at the church to South of us. This happens also to be the church I attend regularly – St John’s. From where the flags are planted flags at Beacon Valley, PAX can see a well-lit cross that illuminates the dark morning sky. This was some of my motivation for naming the site Beacon Valley.

COT: Launch with ‘Extreme Appreciation’
Two Words describe how I am feeling this morning – ‘Extreme Appreciation’
I want to communicate my extreme appreciation for all PAX who had paved the way for this day to happen. This F3 Omaha site does NOT happen without each and everyone of you.
I want to say ‘Thank you’ to each of you for all your contributions to F3 Omaha.
Those of you that are here, those PAX posting at other sites, those PAX that don’t post as much as maybe they would like.
It is the PAX of F3 that make this group is so special. The PAX are what make this gift so awesome, and allow us to continuously, and daily, give it away.
-As I think about what F3 is or means to me – my 1st thoughts start with Wait Time.
Thank you, WaitTime, for your determination and leadership to start this group here in Omaha, NE. Who could have imagined what we have today when those Redwoods posted for 1st time 6 years ago? WaitTime – without you, none of this is possible.
-I want to recognize TaterTot. Thank you, Tater, for your passion and dedication to helping F3 Omaha grow to what it has become today. Your tireless energy and smile make it easy to continue to give F3 away in the community.
-I want to thank Plague for being a force of encouragement to launch this new site in Valley. I kinda thought your idea of having a site in Valley was silly. Now it is reality and I could not be more excited for what F3 is going to bring to this community
-I want to recognize our brother Bovine for being the PAX member that finally EH’d me for my first post exactly 14 months ago today. I had no idea what I was missing out on. Thanks Beau – I couldn’t possibly repay you.
-I want to Thank – Pantyhose, HardHat and all the PAX who helped with Jan 2024 CSAUP. That event was an amazingly fulfilling experience and help solidify my desires to be site Q within F3.
-Planting the first F3 flag in my community of Valley means a lot to me. This wouldn’t be possible if not for every one of you who has grown F3 to what it is today.
-Today is an exciting day for F3 as we expand into city of Valley with intentions to continue giving F3 away.
-This site is NOT about me, but my hope is that I can help facilitate continued growth of F3 here in the Valley commuinty.
-This site IS about F3’s Mission – we will planting, growing, serving workout groups for invigoration of community leadership.
Today is the first official day of F3 Beacon Valley reaching new High Impact Men who will make F3 Omaha stronger. Today is beginning of a bright future…A Beacon if you will!
I am going to challenge you with this:
Be a beacon of hope, a beacon of kindness, a beacon of change. In a world often shrouded in darkness, let your light shine brightly, guiding others towards positivity and possibility. Embrace your unique strengths, talents, and passions, and use them to illuminate the path for those around you. Even in the face of adversity, let your inner light radiate, inspiring others to believe in themselves and in the power of goodness. Remember, a single beacon can brighten the darkest of nights. Be that beacon and watch as your light transforms the world.
