The Thang:
Partner Up: One Partner Starts with the first exercise below while the other partner runs the cart path
up the hill to the tree and back down. When they get back to relieve his partner they switch roles and
then continue down the list.

My weight loss journey has been filled with ups/downs the majority of my college and professional life.
I’ve been on a great run the last 2 years and people definitely notice since I am one pound away from
the century club.
People ask what I’m up to and I love talking about this group of brothers that lift me up every morning.
A lot of times people do not get it when you tell them its at 5:30 every morning or its outside……but
what makes this group special is the people and group of brothers that come together for the same
goal.
Whether you look like me or you are a machine like Beeps or E85, the brotherhood keeps everyone
together. And thank you to those machines out there that make our workouts better because you guys
will always be the push group that is needed.
