Pre-thang
Partner up! Each pax member partnered up for the pre-thang. Partner 1 stayed by the shovel flags where the pax had brought coupons to use. Partner 1 did amrap curls while partner 2 ran down to the stones to complete 10 step ups and 10 dips. The pax did this until 5:47 when Bovine called the Pax to meet at the shovel flags.
Thang
Bovine informed the Pax it was string of pearls time. The Pax ran up the big hill toward the north entrance of the park where they stopped and completed 20 merkins, 20 LBC’s, and 20 monkey humpers. The Pax took another run to the Woolworth Ave entrance and completed 20 merkins, 20 oh yeahs, and 20 pickle pushers. The Pax then ran east to the corner of Woolworth and Park where they completed another 3 exercises (3 sets of 20). The Pax then ran south (parallel to Park ave) and stopped for the final string of pearls by the beautiful pond. The Pax then cut across the park back to the shovel flags.
Mary
The pax completed a shortened mary with 15 low dolleys and finished it off with some Rancid style hammers. OMAHA!

COT: Chill out and look at how lucky you are
Most of my COT’s are centered around things in my life I need to improve on. It has been a busy summer with new baby, weddings, work, vaca, etc. When getting ready to go places I get so wound up from thinking I’m too busy that I am almost angry by the time I get the family in the car to head to our destination. When I get to the destination I finally realize how lucky I am. But it never fails that the time leading up departing that I find myself in a sour mood. I am working on smoothing that out and telling myself it is going to be ok.
