ICB Hits All The B’s!
Bleachers, Burpees, Bear Crawls, Buddy Carry…
Wednesday 9/28/22 at 0530 at MainStsge. Weather was clear and a brisk 48°
The workout started with the F3 mission statement — The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

CoQ’s Schrute and YHC, and one year F3 anniversary, Irish Car Bomb (ICB)
The group was notified we aren’t professionals and to modify as necessary. One FNG, Wade.
Warm-o-Rama:
One lap around the track and hold a plank for the six.
We circled up and started with Cherry pickers (IC). Big ones (IC), tappy taps (IC), and raise the roof (IC).
Pre-Thang:
Schrute had the group go to the stadium stairs for a Jacobs ladder. We jogged up the metal bleachers and at the top did one burpee then ran or walked down the stadium stairs. Then rinse and repeat adding a burpee each time up to 7 or Omaha.
Thang: On the football field
bear crawl to 10, 2 burpees, Bernie Saunders back to the end zone we started at. Bear crawl to 20, 4 burpees, Bernie back, rinse and repeat adding two burpees each time until Omaha.
Omaha was called and as a group we met in the south end zone for a buddy carry relay. Groups of three were formed. One PAX was carried by another PAX while the third PAX member did 12 merkins for YHC’s 12 months of F3. After a quick trip to the north end zone and back a final Omaha was called and the group was directed to circle up for Mary. Schrute had the group do 12 heels to heaven and 12 big boys. YHC had the group do 12 X-factors and 12 LBC’s all in cadence.
Prayers & Announcements
Our FNG was named JV, but then a large agreed with Response Time.

This got me thinking how over this last year I have been able to meet and create new friends. How F3 has given me the opportunity to be a friend and to also EH several sad clowns who have brought their new friendships to grow this special group. Continue supporting each other and our community.
Swiper reminded YHC, Prayers were needed for friends and family members in Florida while hurricane Ian was hitting.
Slow pitch commented how he appreciated YHC’s growth and dedication to F3
YHC took the group out in prayer.
