I arrived to the site early like I always do. However, all these Smurphs had my brain fried and thinking the pre-run started at 4:45 am. When no body was there by 4:50 I decided to head out alone to setup for the beatdown and get a little pre-run in.
I arrived back at the shovel flags at 5:05 to Slick and Blades ready to do the pre-run and that is when it dawned on me I was even earlier than normal. The three of us embarked on a 2.25 mile pre-run.
We arrived back to the shovel flags and had a few minutes to spare before we were ready to go hard. I offered up the Core principles, Mission, Credo, and disclaimer. There were no FNG’s so the intro was quick.
We started off moseying down the street around the complex and stopped in the Centris parking lot for warm 0 rama.
WOR consisted of 15 IC each: SSH, Tappy Taps, Imperial Walkers, and Cherry Pickers.
We headed to Hell Creek for the Thang.
The THANG
I had to modify the beatdown slightly so that we could have groups of two. We just pushed the station 4 exercises to be our Mary. We partnered up and worked through the remaining 3 stations around the wood deck circle around Hell Creek.
Station 1:
- 20 Merkins
- 10 IC (each direction) Sun Gods
- 10 Merkin Jacks
Station 2:
- 20 IC Monkey Humpers
- 20 Narrow Squats
- 20 Wide Squats
Station 3:
- 10 Burpees
- 20 IC Mt. Climbers
- 20 IC Bonnie Blairs
“Omaha” was called and we moseyed back up th hill to the flags for Mary.
6MOM consisted of:

- 20 IC X Factors
- 20 IC LBCs
- 3 rounds of Rancid style American Hammers
