Breaking Obstacles

6:00 Introduction

Chernobyl almost brought his Cherdinand to a new level when he snoozed his alarm and luckily woke up in his bed at 5:48. Also beneficial the coffee he made for coffeteeria was already prepped and ready to go. He arrived in a flurry and at 6:01, he welcomed all PAX members and FNGs to the beautiful gloom. He listed off the 5 core principles, mission statement and credo. He mentioned that he is not a professional and that all exercises are a suggestion and to modify if needed. We then moseyed to the Jr. High for Warm-O-Rama.

6:12 Pre Thang

We split up into pairs and used the islands in the parking lot as markers.Between the four stations we completed:

Wheelbarrow

Lunge Walks

Wheelbarrow

Reverse Lunge Walks

This was repeated 3 times before moseying to the wall. There we all finished 2 rounds of wall sits and 2 rounds of Balls to the Wall. During this portion, each PAX member shared their biggest obstacle they are facing their lives. By the second round, we shared one thing we were planning on doing about it.

6:25 The Thang

We stayed as a group and did some bridge work. On one side of the foot bridge we completed upper body exercises, on the bridge we did legs, and on the other side we did core. Each PAX determined an exercise on their turn.

6:45 Mary / Name-O-Rama / COT

We moseyed back to the Shovel Flags but realized we were already majorly behind in time so we went straight into Name-O-Rama & announcements and finished my COT.

The COT was based on overcoming our biggest obstacles. Many words were shared, but the biggest moral of the story was that by giving your obstacles to The Lord and allowing him to guide your way, you find peace and guidance it the strongest of ways.
