Q: Baby Shark
5:15 a.m. 11 PAX met near the Flags on a beautiful morning of 54degrees with no wind. Baby Shark led the opening with welcoming everyone and reciting the 5 core principals, Mission Statement and Credo. No FNGs present.
Baby Shark led the PAX on a short walk to the west side of the school for warmaram and broga.
Warmarama: Baby Shark led the group with 10 Tappy Taps (IC), 10 Chinoks (IC)
Broga: Baby Shark has a pinched nerve in his back, so he led the group in some broga exercises to further stretch and work on the core. Started with Upward and Downward Facing Dog (using the coupon). Baby Shark encouraged good form and counted reps. The PAX then slowly rolled up stretching the spine before beginning next exercises of Warrior Down into Half Moons. Finally, the PAX ended with Easy Pose sitting on their respective coupons and engaging their core.
Thang: Baby Shark led the PAX to the southside of the school and had the members count off by 2’s. The first group stayed at the bottom of the hill and completed exercises AMRAP while the second group Bernie Sander’s up the hill and back. The exercises were as follows and the group went through 2x.

Announcements: Farva is leading the another Murph Callenge for the month of July. Knobs made a great announcement about trying to venture out to Douglas County sites during the summer. Try and meet some new PAX and make your presence known.
Prayers: Levy’s mother and health issues. Young woman and her family from Falls City, NE who passed away in a car accident. For the young man who passed away in swimming accident who attended Liberty Middle School. .
COT: Baby Shark Today is National Start Over Day. Baby Shark spoke about a personsal struggle with his faith and temporary absence from church following a scandal that has impacted him. He is looking to restart and encouraged other PAX to reflect and think about something in their lives that they could restart and get back on track with.
