  2. Monkey Humpers to failure, followed by LBC until all have failed.
  3. Flutter Kicks to failure, followed by Shoulder presses until all have failed.

The Post-THANG

We rinsed and repeated failure, but grew from it.

  1. Merkins to failure, followed by Al Gore until all have failed.
  2. Monkey Humpers to failure, followed by LBC until all have failed.
  3. Flutter Kicks to failure, followed by Shoulder presses until all have failed.

Circle of Trust:

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill

“Failure is an inescapable part of life and a critically important part of any successful life.” – Tal Ben Shahar

We all try to avoid failure, but in reality failure is growth, it is not a bad thing. The only way failure is bad, is when we don’t learn or grow or get stronger from it. Today you took your body to failure in multiple exercises. Did it kill you, no. Did it make you stronger, it definitely did! Keep pushing your body, mind, and life to the point of failure and I guarantee you’ll see growth in the end.

Birdman led us out in prayer.

Aye!
