0530 – QIC kicked off the morning with the description of F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.
Five Core Principles – Free, Open to ALL Men, Always Outside, Lead in a rotating fashion, and Ends in a Circle of Trust.

The Mission of F3 is to Plant, Grow, and Serve small workouts groups for the reinvigoration of male community leadership.

COT – I saw a quote from Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes; you know, Mr. Throws 100mph in his sleep. Anyway, he said “I think I’m in a position of leadership in MLB. Guys are going to listen to me so I think it’s better to lean into it and have the position than hide from it”. This reminded me of the promotion I applied for at work which would require me to oversee and manage a small group of our ever-expanding team of engineers. Weather I get the job or not, I have found myself exercising the qualities of that role anyway. I learned that leaning into opportunities does not have to come in the form of a new job, but more so in the relationship you form with another person.
