Snidely welcomed everyone to Helix. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. 

Snidely recited the 5 core principles: 1) Free of charge, 2) Open to all men, 3) Always held outside, 4) Led in a rotating fashion, 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust. 

Snidely preached F3’s mission – to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership and then credo, which is to leave no man behind but leave no man where you FIND him. 

Snidely gave the disclaimer – no one at this workout is a professional, so modify as necessary, but do not modify the effort.

The Thang

Partner up; Partner A stays on the basketball court; Runner (Partner B): runs the sidewalk up the hill to the cones and turns around → both Partners do 5 SSH the easy way before flapjacking

Cumulative team reps (stacked – you do NOT finish one exercise before moving to the next):

  • 100 Dry Docks
  • 200 American Hammers IC
  • 300 Snidely Squats IC (1 & 1-4 squat in cadence)

If you complete early, then you and your partner earn 100 burpees

Rules:

  • Only the PAX on the court is doing reps. Runner is purely transport.
  • When runner returns, both partners complete 5 SSH the easy way.
  • Continue counting where the other partner left off counting reps and keep rotating until all 600 total reps are complete.
  • If fast teams finish early → immediately switch to 100 Burpees as a team (still rotating runners). It is hypothesized that most teams will be somewhere in the 300 squats when time is called – that’s perfect.
