COT: On my daily bible app this morning, there was a verse from Thessalonians that in summary reminded us to rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances. God is in F3. Yesterday at Wild Kingdom T-ball had us go around the circle and mention someone who is gone from our lives that we are thankful for. I mentioned my grandma, who was the most selfless person I’ve ever met and always had a homemade loaf of bread for me to take wherever I was living at the time. Before she passed, I spent a morning making and baking bread with her in which she wrote out the recipe and we took hand notes before putting the notes in an envelope. Over the last couple years, I’ve been on the lookout for the recipe and last night while looking for a blank recipe card for my F3 Q, I found it at the bottom of a drawer. Same day. God is good. Joy can be tough—it’s hard for me to have joy when stressed and requires us to be intentional to remember priorities. Thankfulness—I’m so thankful for you all and F3. I challenge you to think of all the things you’re thankful for this Thanksgiving.
Cheers.
