4:45 AM

There was a nice sized group of pre-runners doing the standard pre-run, (Black Tuesday, Boss Hogg, Truck Stop, Low Flow,  Cougar) along with Amadeus and one other knocking out a separate pre-run (YHC has no idea where they went!)

5:15 AM:

Black Tuesday welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.   

Black Tuesday then recited the 5 core principles of F3.  1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men.  3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT). 

Black Tuesday then informed the group that he is not a professional and to modify as necessary.  He recited the creedo – “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.”

The PAX then moseyed down to the track with their coupons for the Warm-O-Rama/Thang.

Warm-O-Rama

On the way down to the field, Black Tuesday led a short Warm-O-Rama along the way.  It consisted of:

  1. Stop one – The shed to pick up coupons for LongBoard and Potato:
    1. Sun Gods forwards and back
    2. Cherry pickers
  2. Stop 2 – Top of the Hill, by the flags
    1. Moroccan night clubs
    2. Michael Phelps
  3. Stop 3 – Top of the Hill on the path towards the field
    1. Big ones
    2. Tappy Taps
    3. Hamstring stretches x2.
  4. Mosey down the field and Back

Thang:

After Warm-O-Rama, BT instructed the PAX to line up down the goal line for the Thang.  As a group, the PAX completed exercises every 10 yards, with a 10 yard rifle carry between each set.  The exercises consisted of the following:

  1. S Goal Line – 15 Curls
  2. S 10 Yard – 15 thrusters
  3. S 20 Yard – 20 Bench
  4. S 30 Yard – 15 Kettlebell Swings
  5. S 40 Yard – 15 Goblet Squats
  6. 50 Yard – 10 Blockees
  7. N 40 Yard – 15 Tricep Extension
  8. N 30 Yard – 10 BDE WW2s
  9. N 20 Yard – 10 Man Maker Merkins
  10. N 10 Yard – 15 Rows
  11.  N Goal Line – 15 Not worthy
  12.  Leave coupon, run down and back from opposite goal line.
  13. Rinse and repeat from the top!

Black Tuesday called Omaha at approximately 0547AM, as the PAX were on their way back to the goal line, right after an extra set of BDE WW2s at the S 40yard line. 

The PAX then moseyed up to the flag and completed Mary.

Name-o-rama occurred at the completion of Mary.

COT:

Disruption is needed for movement towards advantage. People tend to resist change, but it’s often needed to but you in a better position. Embrace it!
