COT – Recently, I watched the jersey retirement ceremony of Derrick Rose via the Chicago Bulls. One of the quotes from his speech was “If you say you are trying to be great, then I can hold you accountable for everything in your life”. This reminded me of how I need to be cognizant of being a good husband, brother, co-worker, and friend. If we are asked about wanting to be good or great, it should automatically cause us to think about how we want to carry ourselves in life and what kind of attitude we should put on display for other. Mediocrity has no place in any of the roles listed above.

Prayer – YHC

Aye! – Invictus Coffee at Village Grinder.
