In typically swagger style, we had a large group of pre pre and pre runners.

At 5:15 AM, AH welcomed the Pax to F3 – reminding them of the F3 Mission: Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups of men for the invigoration/reinvigoration of male community leadership. AH then recited the 5 core principles of F3 after the PAX reminded him to do so.  1) Free of charge 2) Open to all men.  3) Held outdoors, 4) Peer led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT) and then with prompting by Farva AH recited the F3 Credo to leave no man behind but leave no man where you find him.

Then, after another prompt from Irish Car Bomb, AH gave the standard disclaimer that he is not a professional (but he kind of is) and to modify as necessary as there is a chance of injury. 

Irish Car Bomb/Farva brought out FNG Jason, now known as Pavalov and Tony the Tiger brought out FNG Jared (weird spelling), now known as Rambis.  Welcome Pavlov and Rambis, so glad you came out this morning.

Mosey around the square, AH encouraged the Pax to pick their mosey on the North/South sides of the square.

Cut a Flip, everyone leading one exercise (Farva got two).

Name-a-rama was completed where Jason was named Pavlov (Swiper) and Jared was named Rambis (Duracell).

  • Blood drive today at Nebraska Community Blood Bank.
  • Prayers for Swipers oral surgery which was scheduled for today but later cancelled. Why was that Swiper?
  • Prayers for Tony the Tiger’s mother-in-law.

Be thankful if you have someone in your life who pushes you to be better every day.  If you don’t, find that person.  If you do, thank that person, and let them know how much you appreciate them and the push. I appreciate this group and the constant push I get from it each day.
