Run south along 96th street sidewalk, turn east on Lincoln Rd, turn south towards pedestrian bridge, stop and do 10 burpees for the oldest son Kayden, 10. Head back to Halleck Park

6:05 AM- We arrive back to Halleck Park and finish our 4-mile run as a whole group. We circle back to pick up the six. The workout ends, called Omaha.

COT- Brotherhood

This week has been hard, so many emotions. I lost a friend, Kayden lost his dad, my wife’s co-worker lost a son, Jamie lost her husband and middle child, Taylor. So many lives have been affected by the sudden lost. Mark was a great man. He took the time to teach our youth about his passions of sports. He was patient, kind, loving. All things I strive to be and yet fall short too often.

The best thing that F3 has done for me and continues too are the true bonds that have developed in the gloom. I do like the workouts but love the brotherhood of this group. So many people have went out of there way to see how I was doing, praying for me, encouraging me, that has been the silver lining from this. Do good for others is far more rewarding than doing stuff for yourself.

So be kind today. Say thank you. Hold the door open. Compliment as many people as you can. Point out the good. When you go out of your way to make someone else’s day, you’ll make your day great too.

Aye! Squeaky Clean
