“Farm by Committee”

QIC: Committee! Milo had car problems so PAX: Taxman, Tony The Tiger, Swiper, Chernobyl, Schrute & Fun Dip stepped up to lead.

As Milo had last minute car problems and couldn’t make the beatdown, it was shared that we would lead by committee. First up was Taxman!
Taxman stepped up to lead the introduction and welcomed the Pax to F3 – F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Taxman shared the mission of F3 to Plant, Grow & Serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Taxman then covered the 5 core principles of F3. 1) Open to ALL men. 2. Always Free. 3) Always held outdoors, 4) Led in a rotating fashion and 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust (COT).
Taxman covered the motto and asked if there were any FNG’s. No FNG’s
Taxman informs the group he is not a professional
Warm-o-Rama led by Tony the Tiger:
- 15 IC SSH
- 10 IC Tappy Taps
- 20 Merkins
- There was other stuff, but the person behind this backblast forgets… (recurring theme)
Part 1 of the Thang (led by Swiper):
Swiper tells the PAX to partner up and we start to mosey North on the Mopac Trail.
Swiper makes three stops along a ¾ mile run. At each stop he instructs for one PAX to hold plank, while their partner performs 10 burpees and jumps over their planking partner after each. Switch places and repeat. This was repeated 3x until we arrive at the soccer fields.
Part 2 of the Thang (led by Chernobyl):
Chernobyl tells PAX to get into groups of 3. Chernobyl instructs that we will perform an exercise in our group of 3, then sprint to the opposite side of the soccer field. Exercises performed are:
- Merkins ?? It was probably a lot
- 25 Maverick Merkins each PAX (75 total)
- 15 Partner Synchronized Merkins, while 3rd PAX laying across back of other 2 PAX (THIS WAS HARD)
- Another exercise that I forget, but was easier than the previous exercises Chernobyl called for
Part 3 of the Thang (led by Schrute):
Schrute tells the PAX to start moseying South. Schrute stops under the bridge for the first round of exercises and instructs to find your partner from earlier.
One partner performs AMRAP air squats while their partner performs Derkins from the railing. 20 Derkins from the lowest railing, 15 from the middle, then 10 from the top. After each set switch with partner.
Schrute instructs the PAX to mosey again. Schrute makes the second stop at the next bridge and calls for all PAX to perform the following exercises together:
- 20 Derkins from bottom bridge railing
- 15 Bulgarian split squats with left foot out
- 15 Derkins from middle railing
- 10 Bulgarian split squats with right foot out
- 10 Chicken Peckers with feet on top railing
Schrute instructs PAX to mosey back to the flags.
Mary – (led by Fun Dip) 3 or 4 rounds of core exercises are called for
