Black Tuesday welcomed the PAX at 5:15 am. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Its mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the reinvigoration of male community leadership.
Ray Ban went over the 5 core principles: 1) Free of charge, 2) Open to all men, 3) Always held outside, 4) Led in a rotating fashion, 5) Ends with a Circle of Trust. Our credo to leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him. Disclaimer that we are not professionals so modify as necessary.

Pre-Thang
Jacob’s ladder on the hill – 1 burpee, run to top of hill and back down. 2 burpees, run hill. Rinse and repeat incrementing the burpee count till 4 burpees and the 4th hill have been ran.
Thang
3 stations and a push group running a lap. Group #4 starts running a lap first then pushes station 1 -> 2 ->3 -> run a lap
Station 1: 15 Big Boys, 20 T Merkins, 30 Air Squats, 20 Mountain Climbers (IC), 15 Heels to Heaven (IC). Mode of transport after push group: Bear Crawl to Station #2
Station 2: 10 Burpees, 20 LBCs (IC), 30 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 Bobby Hurley’s, 15 Frozen Freddie’s (IC). Mode of transport after push group: Broad Jump to midfield then Super Mario to Station #3
Station 3: 15 WW1s, 20 Merkins, 30 Alternating shoulder taps (IC), 20 Lunges (alternating legs) (IC), 15 Flutter kicks (IC). Mode of transport: run a full lap then go to station #1 and push that group

Black Tuesday: Each AO is like a lighthouse for all the men out there who don’t realize they’re lost and wandering around. Didn’t know what I was missing before finding F3, and similarly with being a site Q. Thanks to gobbler and Animal house for planting and growing this site, it’s been an honor to be able to represent Sarpy at the site, excited for Rayban to have the opportunity now as well.
Ray Ban: Before F3 I really was a sad clown and suffering from a lot of loneliness. I’ve met so many Pax that I can now call friends and F3 has become such a staple in my life. If I don’t post I really feel a void that day. Thanks to Gipper and Uncle Jesse for getting me out to the gloom. Shout out to Gobbler for starting this site and to Animal House and Black Tuesday for continuing on its greatness. Black Tuesday has been a great site Q to learn from. He has a genuine care for everyone. He’s so good aboutmaking Pax feel welcome and always helping to pick up the six- so I’ve got some big shoes to fill.
This flag pass really got me reflecting on the power of a simple personal invitation. F3 Pax are so good about reaching out to others. It’s something I’m trying to get better about myself because it has such an impact. For me it started out as getting texts after my first few posts encouraging me to come back, then Swiper and Shrute asking me about a VQ, Fun Dip Co-Qing with me at Mount O, and then last week Ear Tag asks if I want to run a half marathon the next day at 4:15…that’s a completely normal thing to do on a random Thursday- why not!
Each step along my journey there’s been these personal invitations from Pax. Even if seemingly small to them they’ve really meant a lot to me. So when BT asked if I wanted to take over as site Q, it really felt like it was my time to help give back and help grow F3 after all that it has done for me. This flag really isn’t about me though. It’s about all of F3 Omaha and here with Sarpy Swagger. The more highly invested Pax in the group, the better we are as whole. So hopefully I can help others feel the love from F3, just like I did.
