Hei Hei welcomed 22 PAX to the Oracle. Gave the mission statement, disclaimer and Credo.
Hei Hei had planned a costume-friendly, 2F beatdown, however the lack of costumes created an intense level of disappointment, and Hei Hei opted for a more challenging beatdown.
The PAX moseyed over to an open area for warm-o-rama.
Warm-A-Rama
“Monster Mash”
Burpees during chorus; windmills, tappys, sun gods, imperial walkers and cherry pickers during verses
PAX jogged to the base of Heartbreak Hill and listened to Under the Sea while planking. Merkins for words rhyming with sea, sand, or day. Saturday Night Fevers during the reprieve.
Grinder: The PAX then moseyed to the large hill south of Goose Poop Beach for the following:
10 Burpees
10 Air squats
10 Merkins
10 Gas pumpers
Run hill
9 Burpees
9 Air squats
9 Merkins
9 Gas pumpers
Run hill… continue all the way down to 1 of each exercise; rinse and repeat until Omaha was called
The PAX then Do-Wah-Ditty’d back to the flags for Mary

Discussed 2.0’s engagement. Might not SEEM like productivity/achievement when hanging out w/2.0’s, but it’s as good of an investment we can make. We search for dopamine hits/achievement… let them provide it! Pray with and over them!
