“NEGLECTED   THINGS”

Today I tried to focus on muscle groups that we often neglect.  If you are like me, it feels good to work the muscles we don’t regularly focus on during our regular workouts.

Just like neglected muscles, many of us probably have things in our lives that we neglect.  Things that may be on our “To Do” list, things at our job, or things we need to do with our families.  These may be as simple as fixing a squeaky door hinge or they could be more difficult like having a tough conversation with a friend.

We know that these neglected things need to be done but we keep putting them off.  My challenge for each of us today is to think of one thing you have been neglecting and commit to “work it out” this week.
