COT: I went to a basketball game down in Lincoln a few weeks ago and in order to get into the arena faster me and my friends had to walk through a group of protesters. The protesters were a free Palestine group and that whole situation is so bad on both sides on a lot of different levels. While walking I made a joke very quietly against these protesters (with no offense) and it got both of them laughing incredibly hard. I realized that there can be a lot of bad things going on in the world, life can be hard, working out outside can be difficult in winter but life is so much better when there is laughter in it. No matter how dark humored it can be.
