Launch – Our HIM Touche’ presented the 3 Fs, mission statement, 5 core principles, and the disclaimer – Modify as needed. (we soon found out that this would be true!)

Mosey to the stage for a little Warm-a-rama – various exercises were performed

Mosey back to our dumbells on the playground.
