The PAX moseyed to the tennis court for warm-o-rama.
Warm-A-Rama
Various stretches on the tennis court, including a good howl at the moon, and some lines to get the blood flowing
Thing: The PAX then moseyed to the hill
Bernie Sanders up the hill, lunges down the hill. That was it. Regretted the plan 5 minutes into workout. Considered switching it up, but felt committed. Some modified, some added some Merkins in between hills, some struggled through. All harbored (mostly) unspoken resentment.

Lots of people accelerating in The Gloom. It’s a lot easier to push yourself harder through a workout when you find someone at or slightly above your fitness level and let them challenge you. Same is true in life – surround yourself w/people who are accelerating and let iron sharpen iron.
