Community Leaders Scholarship

The Mission of the F3 Omaha Community Leaders Scholarship is the invigoration of education and leadership skill development for young men. The Scholarship awards between $500-$5,000 per year to currently enrolled high school seniors and/or college students who have demonstrated the values of F3, including giving selflessly of themselves to improve their communities.

F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. F3 was founded in Charlotte, NC in 2011 and was launched in Omaha in April of 2018. Our core principles begin with our workouts being free of charge and open to all men. They are held outdoors — rain or shine, heat or cold, led in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary, and we always end with a Circle of Trust. F3 is open to men of all faiths, and we define faith as believing in something larger than ourselves. We are thankful for the opportunity to come together and build ourselves into better men, and through our Circle of Trust, we vocally express our gratitude which builds a stronger F3 community.

One of the ways in which we are invigorating male community leadership is by granting an annual scholarship to a young man pursuing a post-secondary education that exemplifies the values and leadership skills we live by. It first starts with the daily discipline of working on oneself. Secondly, they understand the importance of fellowship and pursue strong relationships in an effort to make each other better. Lastly, he believes in ‘Living Third,’ or putting the needs of others and their community before their own. To Be Eligible For the Scholarship, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
