The Thang:
Partner Up: One Partner Starts with the first exercise below while the other partner runs up the hill, around the circle does 5 merkins and then runs back down to relieve his partner. The partner will switch roles and then continue down the list.

COT: “When going gets tough, the tough keep going”
Sometimes life can get tough whether that’s in school or work (working hard with difficult classes/problems or people at work), trying to cope with mental battles we are facing (confronting emotions rather than burying them), or even F3 (waking up every morning, pushing through a beatdown when you get tired). We all face roadblocks in life and as high intensity men rather than running away from these issues we have the ability to face them and grow as not only a PAX member but also a person.
